The Denver Broncos lost the Sheriff Peyton Manning after winning the Superbowl and had no option at the quarterback position. After the loss, they decided to go sign Mark Sanchez and it seemed as if they were able to receive a starting quarterback. Then the Broncos selected rookie Paxton Lynch with their first round pick.
But, with the 33rd pick in the seventh round of the 2015 draft a year ago the Broncos made a surprising pick with Northwestern quarterback Trevor Siemian. Now it seems the Broncos have already had their 2016 quarterback all along, Adam Schefter reported Siemian has a "legitimate" shot at taking the job.
