Elliot's supposed ex-girlfriend has taken an assault case to a prosecutors office, and the Cowboys are facing watching another young player possibly facing suspension. Elliot and his exes points of view are very different and the witnesses including one in the car with the couple said they did not observe an assault.
Though an open investigation is under way, it is only a charge now. Elliot seems to be in the clear on this, as all eye witnesses have said there was no assault. This investigation will likely be quickly absolved and odds are, Elliot will be cleared.
